Cohort 01·Limited seats

Put an AI colleague on your queue.

The Operate Design Partner Program gives your team a dedicated tenant — your processes, your systems, your org — and an agent that understands all three, working real cases alongside your people.

Enterprise ops, transformation and IT leaders · No cost to apply

Operate is built on process intelligence: it learns how work actually flows through your organization before it acts — so every result is repeatable, auditable and yours.

What a design partner gets

Not a pilot. A working seat
on the platform.

Your own tenant

A dedicated instance of operate.work that houses your process context, your specific systems, and your org hierarchy — not a generic sandbox.

An agent that gets it

An agent grounded in that context — it knows your playbooks, your thresholds, and who owns what before it touches a single case.

Paired with your people

The agent works live cases alongside your employees — finishing the routine, holding the exceptions, recording everything for review.

A hand on the roadmap

Weekly working sessions with the founding team. What we build next is shaped by what your queue needs — not a feature backlog.

Founding terms

Design partner pricing for the cohort, carried forward when the program ends. Every run replayable, every action on the audit trail from day one.

The first twelve weeks

Method over luck, from week one.

A deliberate ramp: map the process, ground the agent, then pair it with your team on real work.

i

Map

Weeks 1–2 · We sit with the team that owns the queue and capture how the work really flows.

ii

Ground

Weeks 3–5 · Your tenant goes live: systems connected, org hierarchy loaded, guardrails set.

iii

Pair

Weeks 6–10 · The agent works live cases with your people. Routine items finish; exceptions hold for a human.

iv

Expand

Weeks 11+ · Autonomy widens rung by rung, and the next queue comes on when you say so.

What we ask of you

A real queue, and the people who own it.

Design partnership only works when the work is real. We are not looking for innovation-lab demos — we are looking for operators who want their daily work to run on a method, not on luck.

  • An executive sponsor — someone accountable for the process we start with.
  • One live queue — a real stream of cases the agent can work from day one of pairing.
  • 2–3 hours a week — from the ops lead who knows the work best.
  • A monthly review — 45 minutes with the founding team on what to build next.
FAQ

Before you apply

What does it cost?+

Design partner terms are set with the cohort — a founding rate that reflects the work you put in, and that carries forward after the program ends.

Where does our data live?+

In your own tenant. Your process context, systems credentials and case data are isolated per partner, with a full audit trail on every action.

Which systems can it work with?+

The agent connects to the systems you already run — ERP (including SAP S/4), CRM, ticketing, email and documents. Nothing gets replaced.

Do we need clean process documentation?+

No. The process intelligence harness learns from how work actually flows — the mapping weeks capture reality, not the binder version.

How much of our time does it take?+

An executive sponsor, one live queue, and 2–3 hours a week from the ops lead who knows the work. Monthly reviews with the founding team.

What happens after the cohort?+

You keep the tenant, the trained agent and your founding terms. Most partners expand to the next queue; nothing obliges you to.
